Went for run today, with new earphones with clips, and bumbag for phone! What a difference it made, didnt worry bout earphones falling out, and didnt have phone in hand to see how much time was left. I just ran. Along with c25k I had a YouTube running meditation, which was totally in sync with the runs. Today I felt like I was training instead of goofing around. Been doing each week twice, but with new approach I may move into next one soon - 3 mins running 2 mins walk etc. Which scared the life out of me.
