Struggling to accept my T
I’ve taken up regular

and yoga but nothing seems to help. It started in my left ear following a viral infection which was a constant boiler noise which changed to a hissing/high pitched ringing.

A month later I had another conversation with my GP, and put on

Loud tinnitus
I get to sleep very quickly and deep sleep but tend to wake up after about 2 hours and the tinnitus is unbearable at which time I put on my headphones with

Iv tried a hot bath with candles and
