PRAYING WISHING HOPING

I had the surveyor out yesterday afternoon have 12 repairs.

I rent a home from a Housing Association.

Feel relieved some one is listening.

Used to ring up but understand with COVID 19 problems repairs.

Feeling this morning mix of frustration and anger now calm used my meditation CD's.

Just been a night mare trying to get people out and then I forget.

I recall a former friend who worked for one of these agencies who did repairs.

Housing association has one. Even she had problems accessing some one to assist and help.

Also got angry over the call centre chat room keep repeating same story and then my neighbour came around and supported me.

Miss my support worker looking at that again, so here we go.

Saturday trying to keep positive and by praying wishing hoping should be done.

I do know when decorated all done up feel more positive and mentally

Hi Mr. R! I too live in a housing association house and I know how difficult it can be, the call centres send you round and round in circles. Keep on at them, my friend and if still no joy, put in a complaint as the it HAS to be escalated and looked into by the bosses. I received a compensation award of nearly £200 for them messing me about! But it's not the money is it? You just want your home to be nice and safe! With them, it's just another one of their houses, but they don't think of the fact that it is our HOME!! Good luck and maybe your neighbour might help you again? Laurie xx

Hello thank you for reply. Just along time ago this Housing Association decided to use outside contracters.

Then the complaints started and the problems amassed.

Many like my self like the old ways of those team members of staff coming to help and be supportive.

Not now seen no one housing officer what housing officer. We most of those like me are stranded and the worse thing is this pats on the back magazine.

Every time annoys me.

Hi MrRigatoni, It is easy to become angry when things don't run smoothly, but, in the end, the person who ends up harmed is you, and not those who have let you down. It's bad for your overall wellbeing and in speaking to others whilst angry it puts their backs up and usually ends with your getting even worse service.

So it's a good idea to use your meditation techniques to help you.

You will feel better when your problems are resolved, but if you want to, you can feel better now by deciding that it doesn't matter, and that what matters much more is you feeling positive, calm and happy.

Even so, I hope you will have resolution soon.😊🙏

Not really relevant to your problem, but I think everything is more difficult and takes more time in the present situation. I have ordered some new vinyl for my kitchen and am having to wait almost three weeks for it to be fitted, I think patience is the key!If only I had some!

Have consumer advice. Often if a delay messing you about see what they say will have to enrol.

A monthly sub per month but worth it.

Best thing ever used them a lot the advice on anything .

Please have a look.

If not the UK please have a look on line in your country must be consumer organisations.

In my opinion if you given a deposit and waiting need to ramp up the pressure I have would seriously cancel or contact trading standards or any consumer organisation.

Need answers do you not.
