It induces the same state as

which helps reduce thoughts from a restless mind. It creates quietness and mindfulness. Paint by numbers isn’t too far off either as it’s kind of the same but a different form of art. Seasonal depression lamp. Another thing I got as a gift a few years ago.

Anxiety is alive in me today
This morning I listened to a 45 minute full body scan for mindfulness
meditation
. I listened to it twice this morning. They were semi-peaceful moments. After the 2 meditations it was very difficult getting out of bed. The depression all began around mid-October.

and mindfulness) and the ww app is good tracking foods and having support connection with others. Fiton for exercise and can be adapted to meet physical health/disabilities needs also. I'm feeling a lot more in control with theses Resources helping me .

I got triggered when I slept on the couch for the first time in months

How much iron supplement to take?
