Hey friends

What were /are some of the things that you started doing for your mental health that had really worked for you. It could be anything from medication to book, to even silly dancing once a day. Id love to hear about it!

I know for me it was therapy and dance.

I'm currently trying meditation and spiritual healing . I listen to alot of positive affirmation on YouTube and alot of mental health podcast.

My family, therapy, my pets and this group. Not watching the news. Still have days when I go outside around others, but taking it little by little each day.

Exercise at least an hour doing anything a walk or lift weights in the morning has eased my daily anxiety. Every day I wake up I remind myself “today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday”.
