Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice on this new method I heard about called "Womb Meditation." It's hard to find any research on it because it's more emotionally and spiritually based, a category of practice I believe I fall into because I tend to meditate and do breathwork regularly.
But there are not many personal anecdotes shared about this online. My friend had sent me this virtual event she found on Eventbrite and sent it to me which is why I ask: eventbrite.com/e/womb-heali....
It looks well-intended and gentle, but not sure if others have had experience with this? It's not too costly so I may just try it out and experiment with something new.
