PCOS, you can fight this!

From August to November of 2020, I didn't get my periods. I was worried if something might be wrong with my body. I went doctor he told me to get PCOS. I was devastated, I don't even know what that means. they said it's not curable but you can fix it by having a healthy lifestyle.

to be honest, I was not afraid at all. I wanted to confront it. let's see some bright side in this. I started to eat healthy food. I started to do workouts, I started yoga, meditation. I started to lose weight like 6 and 1/2 kgs in one month. after doing this for 3 weeks I got my periods.

let me tell you how I did this.

1)YOGA is a must and should because doing yoga makes your hip region flexible and movement in the hip region gives pressure on ovaries. so the ovaries will be developed healthily.

all you need is; yoga mat, youtube videos about yoga for PCOS. it's done!

2)WALK OR EXERCISE: walking not only helps for PCOS it also helps for losing weight. losing weight plays a key role in PCOS you know, exercise do some workouts to move your body as much as you can.do it for at least 20mins.

3)eat good food: processing food and junk food, you should say goodbye to them for a long time. because eating those will just make your PCOS worse. instead, there are many blogs and informational videos about the PCOS diet, follow that.

4)stress; yes! stress plays a major role, if you have a healthy mind, trust me you can do wonders. even though you are drowned in this modern lifestyle, give some time for yourself every day. clam your mind and do nothing. enjoy with people you love.

5)sleep: sleep is very important to every human being. proper sleep you should sleep at least 8 hours for your mind to work properly.don't torture your body to take responsibility. there are many blogs and informational videos about sleep patterns and many music-related videos to make you fall to sleep.

modern doctors say PCOS is incurable but no. it can be curable if you are in the starting stage. if you are older then it can be managed.

you are strong. I would like to recommend you this channel called fit tuber on youtube just click PCOS fituber on youtube. you will find ayurvedic advice to cure PCOS.

remember 5 in 10 women have PCOS nowadays. you are not alone. think this an opportunity to start a healthy lifestyle.
