Monday morning mindful meditation break

I started a Monday morning mindful meditation break through meetup.com. Anyone can join the group and attend the meditations for free. 7:00 AM, USA EDT time zone.

We will turn off our mics, turn on our curiosity and loving kindness, and listen to a guided meditation for about 15-20 minutes (selected by moderator, usually from Insight Timer or Dharma Seed). The Zoom room will remain open for about 20 minutes after the meditation for fellowship and discussion.
