Mornings
I have tried
meditation
and journaling. I’m so fixated on getting up and taking my medication. I wake up so nauseous. It’s the anticipation. Sometimes I get up and take my meds and then go back to bed. I know I get better as the day goes on but the mornings are just so hard.

Shall I try injections?
I didn’t really connect the supplements to the improvement as it was so gradual and my GP and a rheumatologist had convinced me that it was all in my head, so I thought I had cured myself with
meditation
and mindfulness!

Antidepressant?
I've been struggling with depression for more than a year now, resisting medication and hoping that I could get past this with therapy,
meditation
, exercise, and diet, but it has proven to be stronger than I am, and I'm ready to try something in addition to therapy.

Mindfulness for Anxiety
This week the 10 Percent Happier podcast has a series on anxiety and various approaches for understanding it and dealing with it through a mindful
meditation
approach. I'm liking it so far. I am not affiliated but just passing this along as a fellow traveler. Good luck 👍💚🌎✌️

Searching for Caroline
I’m looking for the post by Caroline who has reduced symptoms to almost nil through
meditation
and other methods. She had mentioned a gentleman named David whose events she had attended. Does anyone know who I’m referring to?

Meditation to Inner Peace. ❤️☀️☮️☯️🌻🧘🏻♀️🌈🙏
Meditation
is a simple phenomenon that for a single moment, when I am not doing anything, I find myself just at my center, utterly relaxed. In silence,
meditation
dissolves the space in between that helps me being closed to my core being.

What’s your usual weekend breakfast?😋❤️🌺
Good morning everyone ☀️ 😁, It’s been sunny and hot so I go for a swim early morning after my
meditation
. 🧘🏻♀️ ☯️ Today I felt for my oatmeal soaked overnight since I haven’t had this past week. I like my homemade chia jam at the bottom, rolled oats and chia seeds, top with berries.

How do you cope with nights when you live alone?
I’ve had radio on (the sleepier channels), used
meditation
& relaxation apps during the day and evening. This evening I’ve done a bit of light gardening, & during the days I’ve made sure I’ve gone out somewhere every day. I have various hobbies to do at home, to tire me out mentally.

Books claiming to heal Tinnitus
I was into
meditation
prior to COVID however T has presented challenges for this to continue. I have read “Rewiring tinnitus - how I finally found relief from the ringing in my ears” by Glenn Schweitzer and followed the advice but I am yet to notice a change.. early days I guess.
