I can totally relate to the eating challenges. We try to have our 8 yr old son eat breakfast before he takes his medicine. Behavior can be tough in the morning but that is the only way we can get him to eat. Then he will eat a tiny lunch and a regular dinner. Then he eats a big snack right before bed- 2-3 cheese sticks and 2-3 glasses of milk.

The Headspace meditation app has been great for helping him sleep along with a little melatonin. The headspace meditations are great for parents as well to help us keep composure during the day.
