Mindfulness for Endometriosis

Hello lovelies!

A few months ago I started an online mindfulness meditation circle. It is primarily created for women living with endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis and other conditions, but anybody who thinks it might help them is welcome to join.

We meet on the first Thursday of the month at 8 p.m., and it is entirely free.

Do consider joining us if you are interested in exploring whether mindfulness meditation might be helpful to you.

You can find out more on my website mindfulnessforendometriosis..., and you're welcome to ask questions here if you like.

Very best wishes,

Emma x

This sounds great Emma, thanks for sharing. I've done mindfulness in the past but fallen out of the habit. I've signed up!
