Anxiety kills my appetite, how to cope?
I went to two psychiatrists yesterday and one gave me Mocalm (Flupentixol 0.5 mg, Melitracen 10mg) to try, and in the meantime I have been trying to incorporate at least 10 minutes of cardio exercise into my day, practicing deep breathing, researching mindfulness and
meditation
, going to church and praying

Lipid Peroxides -- strategies for lowering
My guess is that I need to work more on lowering psychological stress -- I've started regular
meditation
and try to separate myself from family drama as much as possible.

Switching bipolar meds after decade
And now
meditation
just makes me feel nauseated and drowsy. It's like whatever internal mind I had that would be prone to anxiety has been nuked to dizzy oblivion, and what's left is a calm, quiet hopelessness.

Parkinson's could be otherwise.
The practice of daily deep prayer/
meditation
would be the most characteristic and possible cause. Pagnoni in 2007 reported that regular
meditation
can counteract damage to the striatum and dopaminergic depletion. And in a similar vein Pickut in 2013 and Newberg in 2010.

Anxiety and Eating Struggles
For the past few days, I have been researching
meditation
, deep breathing, and mindfulness. I have gone to church and pray constantly. I try so hard to stay positive and tell myself this will pass.

Newbie/ feeling alone
I try herbal teas and hot baths and essential oils and
meditation
. I stay hydrated even though I want to do nothing but lay in bed and cry. I eat my fruits and vegetables. I rest. And I persevere. For the day to come where I can bend down to tie my shoelaces without crying

Please any suggestions?
I have been using all the tools like mindfulness,
meditation
, therapy and I have been taking Klonopin and Prozac for a while now. I have trouble sleeping more now and just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I can feel the calm I used to love and be so grateful for.

Adderall and irritability
For many years I tried to address my symptoms with exercise,
meditation
, diet. I am in a 12 step program for food addiction which has been instrumental in my ability to do anything productive.

I hope it gets better...another year just started
I tried to pray it away,
meditation
, self-help books, achieving my goals, meds, etc. but it feels like a little monster that never completely goes away. It feels like happiness last a short while and I try to hold on to it as long as I can.

Itโs the lack of sleep which is worst, I tried sleep
meditation
apps too but this tinnitus seems to make itself heard over anything. Has anyone else with otherwise good hearing had this sudden onset?
