I've been looking on YouTube for some ways of visualising the cancer being defeated - a sort of relaxation / meditation where you can feel like you're taking some control over your body or immune system. I've been using the one below on my phone every morning and thought other people might find it useful too, but wondered if anyone had any others that they have found good so I can have a bit of variety. In particular, I'm hoping to get help with the visualisation which I find hard - I've not got a very good imagination!
I lot of the videos I've found, seem to try and get you to breathe in time with them which I can't do and it stresses me out trying!

Hi Laskia, Thanks for sharing this! It made me remember that when my sister was dx'd at Duke (a very good cancer center) the nurse there suggested something similar, saying that study/ies indicated that people who did guided meditation fared better with the cancer! I don't doubt it!
Laskia, I use the app called Calm on my phone. It is a pay for app but has really helped me keep from coming "unglued" when I worry about my MBC. I used to get so upset and worried and meditaion has really helped me keep it all in perspective. Stay well Heather
Thanks, I'll have a look at Calm. I do sometimes find it difficult to stay awake for meditations. Either I relax too much or it's a side effect of the treatment I'm on.
I like Joe Dispenza lots of stuff online. I also use Wake Up. I use the 15 mins at lunch time if I can't got out for a walk. Taking up yoga next..even though bendability is weak. Note that is from age not cancer !! I walk lots, just not the best at stretching.
Thanks, I've heard of him, I'll take a look. My oncologist suggested I do yoga to help with lack of flexibility from the letrozole and age-related degenerative changes!
