medication for 3 months just before this I type it down my steroids to 7mg 4 weeks in to my medication for Tb I got so much pain in my shoulders arms buttocks feeling was like my muscles was been crushed spoke to rheumatologist he’s said medication Tb will make steroids very weak while I’m on the

Dialysis Day very anxiety provoking
I have tried
meditation
but that doesn’t work either. I listen to audibles as well. Nothing helps. Any suggestions would be appreciated . I have already reached out in dialysis support but not very many helpful suggestions that I have not already tried.

Effects from going off of amantadine
I’ve been going to physical therapy since September, the tense machine, massage, dry needling, stretching, heat, cold,

, yoga, lift weights, etc. still leg cramps. At this point I feel like the amantadine is not working so I told my doctor I was going off of it.

anxiety is getting the best of me
I try to have a positive mindset, I do yoga,
meditation
, exercise when I’m able, challenge my thoughts, do counseling, I am strong in my faith and pray daily. I DONT KNOW WHAT I AM DOING WRONG. I had to leave work today and now I’m laying in bed with crippling anxiety.

Im Struggling, i dont see an end
I never had time to heal from all the abuse although i tried, therapy,

, medication, psychiatry, out patient, in patient. Maybe i am a lost cause and dont belong in this society. The world stops for no one but i just need a break….

Fatigue and me.
I would then experience a 'state', it was not sleep as I knew it, it was not a state that I had experienced from

. It was new at least in my adult life. I would leave this state and kinda be out of it for a while but not uncomfortable so.

I keep hearing about the benefits of

. I've been trying it and I get nothing. I did it pretty consistently during the pandemic. I don't see anything from it. I just feel bored and like I'm wasting 10-20 minutes that I could have spent doing anything else.

Insomnia from Temgesic - Drug Combination ?
I have tried sleep Aps,
meditation
and increasing my Zanax dose by a quarter but nothing helps. I am feeling rather desperate. I tried a drug combination for about 3 weeks. I had half a Temgesic tablet and re introduced 0.25 Ropinirole with the Zanax and it worked pretty well.

Hip injections. pelvic stretches (no kegles) pain meds, hormonal creams (I am post menopause) various cushions, acupuncture, TENS unit, a 4 week self-directed mind body program using Dr Howard Schubiner’s workbook,
