Afib has reared its ugly head again big time, for me.
Yes I know my anxt is probably making the situation worse, I’ve tried relaxation and
meditation
but just can’t let it go. I am sorry to be such a winger I know a lot of you have had much worse Afib to deal with.

Vertigo and drop attacks - help
I’ve tried yoga, reducing caffeine and
meditation
Any tips and ideas to manage those would be great.

Gabapentin causing AF?
I recently started new
meditation
for My Trigeminal Neuralgia...its Gabapentin started it 12 July. yesterday suddenly started getting AF just walking up stairs or making any physical moment set it off. Just short runs of AF.

New OCD Diagnosis. Looking for Helpful Information. I am struggling. My name is GentleDiva.
I was counseled by a professional to take the tune of allowing them, but using a mindful
meditation
mindset to see them and then bring your attention back to what you are doing, in mindfulness. Keep doing what you are doing all day long even with the thoughts still there. I like that.

Bridesmaid anxiety
Such as breathing exercises,
meditation
, and putting myself outside of my comfort zone. However the things I am doing to push against any anxiety are still things I'm initiating, within my control and on my own schedule. A few days ago one of my closest friends asked me to be their bridesmaid.

Dealing with fear? Just a response.
I would suggest you engage in or more in daily
meditation
on the reality of the non-existence of your fear. Avoid seeing movies or reading books that make you prone or vulnerable to such fears.

Latest results 06/10/22.. what are your thoughts?
Meditation
, breathing exercises, supplementing, sleeping patterns (albeit this is completely horrendous) and hydration. I am 50mcg of levothyroxine. Should I go completely dairy free? Is there anything else I can do? How can I best influence the GP to up my medication?

Do any of y'all have any free

apps? I can't really afford anything right now, so it needs to be completely free.

Calprotectin Confusion! Can the tests be too sensitive?
I took the natural approach with diet and
meditation
and results were 1150, 655, 566 over 4 months. My son has been symptom free since diagnosis for IBD inc no hidden symptoms such as skin issues, eczema, hair loss, weight issues etc. CRP has always been normal range even at diagnosis?
