Check with your local NHS, your doctor or respiratory nurse should have lists of what is available in your area. There may be waiting lists as usual.
Ask your gp to refer you for Pulmanoary rehabilitation it is a course of exercise and education for people with COPD
A pulmonary rehab course is best if it's available in your area. If not BLF are an excellent source of all kinds of information and advice about exercise and lifestyle. I am guessing you have stopped smoking!
