For anyone who would like to come along to a support group, to get support, advice, chat, free massage and other therapies, no matter where or when you were diagnosed, we're here for you.

We're COPES, a gynae cancer support group, based in Southend Hospital. We have a Coffee Morning on the first Saturday of the month. Our next one is September 7th, from 10:00 -13:00 on a drop in basis.

The group is run by women who've been diagnosed with a gynae cancer (COPES stands for Cervical, Ovarian, Perineal, Endometrial (cancer) Support. We work closely with the CNS team and consultants.

Have a look on copescharity.co.uk to find out more or send me a message.

BTW....I had OC in 2002.

Love Wendy xx
