W7R2 - Lotions, potions and a sweaty run!
It wasn't painful, just a bit tender and I felt the need to give it a bit of a rub on and off so I knew it was something 🤔 Anyway last night I remembered I had some white tiger balm and wondered if it might help just to
massage
a bit in.

7 months after circumcision, still swollen
So I
massage
once a day with bio oil. And I was also using a corticoid cream that my urologist advised me to use, seeing the little progress with it, I have recently started using Kelo cote gel. What do you advise me to do? To continue with the cream or the Kelo cote gel or something else?

Algesal Cream
As soon as I feel it, I rub my leg to see where it's painful and
massage
it with this cream. It seems to work! It also works on back pain and stiff necks and it doesn't smell like Deep Heat!

PAIN IN THE ARM (NOT IN THE KNEE)
I've been to 2 doctors and a chiropractor, plus had a professional
massage
. Nothing has helped. Shoulder and arm also tingle a lot.

Neck pain
I’ve tried everything to alleviate the pain, sleeping flat on my back (no pillow), targeted
massage
, lidocaine patches, etc. while the various “treatments” alleviate the pain for a short period of time I still wake up with raging pain at the base of my neck.

Massage
therapy and music therapy and meditation are all high on my list of pain relief today. They are not a cure, but they all help some. I want to thank you all again and feel I need to find out more about it ( Just in case I do have it.)

The sports
massage
was brutal on Tuesday and left me with bruises until Saturday! However, she's certainly done a good job and I am much more mobile than I was - Achilles appears to be on the mend with the help of heel raises and spikey balls, yay!!

Coming to terms with CLL
I am considering manual lymphatic
massage
as this seemed to address my symptoms and provide some relief, does anyone have any experience of this form of complimentary treatment.

Penis overstreched? lower abdomen injury?
Right now I am visiting a physio doing some laser, ultrasound, cross friction
massage
therapy. And its probably a little better but I am still so worried :/ Just the thought that I it will never be the same or that will hurt for the rest of my life is really depressing...

Got a sports
massage
in a couple of weeks and just generally going to take it easier for a bit. I'm also getting some barefoot trainers to walk around in to stretch them a little more when I'm out and about (not for running). Fingers crossed. Happy running everybody!

AF, Xarelto & day spa treatments
The girls are keem to try a hot rock leg
massage
and an oil wrap body
massage
. Does anyone know if there would be any risk of trying these? I have AFib & I take xarelto. I did a quick google search, but there's a lot of conflicting information.
