Crippling low back pain
I am almost graduated from
massage
therapy school and I am also fearing I won’t last long as a therapist if I can’t help myself with these issues. Can anyone send me advice or have any idea what is happening to me? I could even just use some hope at this point. Thank you.

Social anxiety is winning
I started a new job as a receptionist at
massage
envy and my anxiety is through the roof. I can’t seem to get out of my own head. I’m so terrified of being at the register or answering phones. My minds keeps screaming “you are a mess up” and “they are all judging you when you leave the room”.

Right calf a bit pully, if you know what I mean... but I'll
massage
when I get home... I did have a long day yesterday, on my feet most of the day.. plus, I'll admit, not a very good warm up.. didn't really do it properly... so only myself to blame.

I think I’m a hypochondriac, I suspect they do too!
He advised to squat or
massage
my jugular vein to try to solve the issue, or to cough harshly. Still plagued by repeated episodes of tachycardia and palpitations, I had another 34hr monitor test. Nothing abnormal detected.

Difficulty passing stools?
I
massage
my stomach every night before I go to sleep. I do not go to the toilet every day and am now finding it difficult to go when I feel I have too!! If I take a Senna tablet before I go to bed, I go in the morning but it is runny and comes out quickly.

Solutions that work
Has anyone researched drinking Q Silica a
massage
therapist told my wife to drink this for a time. The other thing is my wife has purpura and constantly has sores from broken skin, is this a normal thing for COPD let’s brainstorm and try and find some practical solutions to reduce symptoms.

Tired every afternoon
I’ve had a
massage
and Accupuncture and wonder if more exercise would help or would that be too much with the tiredness? My work is not physical except mildly so at times. Suggestions appreciated.

Severe Jaw clenching -why? And what to do?
Had so much physio and
massage
on my neck due to jaw clenching. I can’t go on like this. Dr says bruxism -jaw clenching is a symptom of menopause, anxiety and PD. Does anyone have the same? What do you do? Will it go away? Is it caused or helped by meds?

Severe Ups and Downs
I am almost done with
massage
therapy school and am wanting to spread wellness and healing to others. I love what I do and I have a deep passion for MT. I just am afraid of failing at this career because what if I fall into a low during the work week?

Can big girls run?
The pain ran along the inside of my lower leg bone, gentle
massage
and an Epsom salt bath seemed to do the trick! On Saturday I set off to do day three in new running shoes but I couldn’t manage it. I walked for 5 minutes, which was fine, then I had to do 60 seconds jog - I was in agony again.

TMJ and face mask
Hi all, as well as migraine I also suffer from tempro mandibular jaw , basically jaw on one side becomes extremely painful and sensitive to hot and cold, Takes about a week of soft food,
massage
and painkillers to sort it out again.

Half Marathon training plans 😍 How to find a good plan for YOU!
They are gentle plans with a strong emphasis on recovery - talking about incorporating a physio visit, and
massage
- and starting off with gait analysis!

Still on the injury couch ☹️
Luckily he reckons that an orthotic and further rest and
massage
should rectify it but definitely NO RUNNING UNTIL IT’S BETTER. I’m really pleased that I’ve been proactive and seen a physio.

Side effects from preventative medicine.
I really want to live a full- time life not part-time :-( I do loads of other stuff for my migraine, (vitamins, herbs, gentle exercise, diet, cefaly,
massage
) and they do chip away at the problem, but I would love to find something that makes more of a difference. Thanks :-)
