I had surgery more than 7 months ago and I am starting to despair because my scar does not deflate and is not at all aesthetic.
So I massage once a day with bio oil.
And I was also using a corticoid cream that my urologist advised me to use, seeing the little progress with it, I have recently started using Kelo cote gel.
What do you advise me to do? To continue with the cream or the Kelo cote gel or something else?
I don't know how to publish a picture here to show you
Have a nice day guys

Your right, urologist have not idea how to treat a scar done by them. So we have to try with some creams especilized for scar treatment. I do not think bio oil, or whatever else helps to reduce a scar. So keocote can help since cointains silicona. Of course it will take time.
You don't have to do anything else than keep the scar line moisturized. Scar will deform at least 24 months post-op. I think the most dramatic changes on scar will happen on first six months post-op.
Bro, don't do anything that might potentially harm you like burning nitrogen etc. I'm also having swelling after 5 weeks even though the doctor has given me medicine and stretching etc. Let it heal and give it time and focus on other important matters, bring your attention away helps reducing stress. You will heal soon. Just let nature do its work.
