RLS is not as bad now

I have done the low-oxalate diet for 2 weeks now. Something has helped, but I am taking 4 things:

1. low-oxalate diet

2. more calcium and magnesium with that (total a day 2400 mg cal and 800 mag)

3. iron every other day on empty stomach

4. Hyland's Magnesia Phosphorica 30X Tablets (4, 4x a day)

some nights my legs hurt but aren’t usually restless and I still have to massage with Theragesic.

thanks to all who replied! I will keep doing what I am doing now. I got the iron at wal-mart, cheap and no problems. I see "gentle iron" is available at Amazon in the U.S.
