Control and Treatment of SIBO and IBS
Hello, this is my general response to help people find a baseline. First, go to the doctors and get yourself checked for intestinal infections, and whatever other tests they want to do. Most people find they are all clear, and that IBS is a condition brought on by our modern diet, freely accessible

Phantom organ pain?
I had a right nephrectomy about 26 years ago with no problems. I just had a right nephrectomy & autotransplantation about a month ago and I am experiencing left flank pain. It feels the same as it did before surgery. My surgeon said that about 50% of people will experience phantom organ pain afterwards

Does anyone suffer with nerve pain in the legs?
I do
hydrotherapy
exercises twice a week. At 71 I now have multiple health problems. Dr. gave me Lyrica (pregabalin) twice a day. It is for nerve pain but it has found to be affective with anxiety which I also have at the moment. It is hard for me to differentiate multiple pain areas.

It's now been 6 weeks of absolutely no weight loss, no inches, no nothing and I have been exercising 5 times a week (HIIT, using weights & bodyweight exercises & walking). I've been tracking my calories/fat/sugar/protein and also been listening to weight loss sleep hypnosis app/Youtube and they've been

He has referred me to the
hydrotherapy
place. I have been going to the physio past one year but it hasn't helping but making things worse. I am around 14 prescribed medicines a day. I was given amitrypline but it gives me hangover kind of feeling next day making me lose balance.

CBT - How low can you go?
I am 43. If I wrote a book and managed to cover every trauma I have experienced, without missing anything it would be several volumes long and even I wouldn't believe all that crap happened to 1 person. I know me personally and I hardly believe it. I remember things in my life that were very likely

My First Hydrotherapy Appontment
Was very enjoyable! I’ve hankered after this for a couple of years, with therapists wavering between “too many calories expended“ and “will increase your appetite “. It’s so much easier to do the physio exercises in the water, to do more repetitions, and to feel exactly where the weakest, most painful
