Those of you who have tried hydrotherapy what is your take on it? I start a 3 week session next week. Any tips please?

Hi

I just love it, and just being able to get into any water. Being able to move my body is the most amazing feeling ever. I also use a hydrotherapy bed which you lie on fully clothed . It’s like a massage only it’s water moving up & down. But nothing beats getting in the water and ecperiencing freedom x enjoy x

I have used hydrotherapy off and on for the past 3 years. It’s terrific and I wish I could do it more! I live near a warm saltwater beach and I go in with my walker whenever I can. I go in above my waist and hold on to the walker and kick. The buoyancy of the warm salt water makes it easier.
