Colon Hydrotherapy

So I have IBS-C, I get colon hydrotherapy once in a while. The mast time I did was before Covid so by the end of 2019. Today I got colon hydrotherapy and about 40 minutes in I threw up green/yellow liquid. We ended the session real quick.

At Rugby Fibromyalgia Support Group, we are trying to raise funds so that we can get our twice a week Hydrotherapy classes back up and running once the pandemic subsides. All of our participants are suffering more pain since we were forced to stop the classes when the pool closed last March.

I've not liked this Lockdown & I have Type 1.5 Diabetes

I've also missed going to Hydrotherapy, Aqua Aerobics for the 50's & over & I've also missed going to the gym. I did have 4x Auto Immune diseases & now I only have 3 according to my new Gastroenterologist. The 4th was Coeliac Disease, which she doesn't think that I have anymore.

Pain management

I have been trying to remain positive and take each day as it comes, however my pain levels are extremely high right now, all of my treatments... hydrotherapy, physio and blood tests ect... have all been cancelled, these were the only things keeping me on track.

Exercises During Isolation at Home

Isolating at home makes it harder to participate in exercise, especially with Chair Based Classes not taking place and Hydrotherapy Pools closed. The Rugby Fibromyalgia Support Group has published a set of gentle stretches that can be done at home. These came from an NHS Pain Management Programme.

IBS and stress/ mood? (even more specifically ASD/ADHD) - anyone experience this/ have any advice ?

Hi there. I have failed to find any food triggers of my IBS, from tracking things on an app “Cara care” it’s evident that my IBS flares up a lot more when I am stressed and/or low in mood. My IBS symptoms consist of sudden and frequent urges to go, where I spent up to 30 minutes on the toilet with loose

Has anyone done hypnosis?

I just started going to therapy again and I gotta admit I started feeling good but then some how I'm still holding onto things from the past that is messing up my current life with the ones I love most!! Things in life will be going good and I find a way to mess them up by getting in a dark funk by replaying

PTSD and RLS

Anyone else found a link with PTSD and RLS? I've had restless legs in the evening and at night for as long as I can remember and am now in my 40s. Luckily I'm a deep sleeper so have learned to live with it mostly, although my poor husband doesn't enjoy getting kicked most nights while I sleep. I've recently
