Colon hydrotherapy
To manage my chronic constipation and pain I had a colon
hydrotherapy
before Xmas and it felt better.‘since I’ve been avoiding gluten, nuts, corn and taking pre and pro biotic. I eat 30g fibre a day too and drink lots of water.

Relocation
I'm seriously thinking about relocating to another area of the country if I can find regular access to
hydrotherapy
and support group.

PMR Leading to Fibromyalgia???
she offered me
hydrotherapy
and suggests that I discuss Amitriptyline low dose anti depressant for the pain and I must get off the steroids. This feels so wrong, I think I need to ask for a second opinion, has anyone else been told they now have Fibromyalgia?

How to cope when appointments are so delayed.
I was referred to physio and
hydrotherapy
but they have paused my referral until I have a diagnosis from cardiology. If thus doesn't happen within 6 months (from April) I will have to be re-referred via rheumatology. I just feel as though I've been abandoned.

Discomfort after pooing
hello I’ve had IBS for as long as I can remember. Definitely linked to anxiety. I have severe outbreaks and have taken antidepressants for years and will always do so. I’ve been meditating daily for a few years and wish I had started years ago. I’ve also done a course of online hypnotherapy specifically

has anyone experience of hypnotherapy (learning to self hypnotise) for PMR pain?
the best relief I have for PMR pain is always distraction!! and increasing the pred dose for a flare always has such consequences on my mind and body that I try to not do it as much as comfort would push me to.. I have at least learnt to slow down with a flare and not try to push through it..

Tinnitus Meditation - Rewiring Your Brain & Neuroplasticity
Hello, 3 weeks ago I began hypnotherapy for tinnitus and there was an immediate improvement. The same day I began reading the book by Glenn Schweitzer "Rewiring Tinnitus". When reading it, it makes perfect sense. The short version is: we react to tinnitus as a perceived "threat" which heightens our

Hi Folks, I’m Darrell a Fibro Warrior.
Took a very long time to get diagnosed, put on Painkillers initially didn’t work so had to get off them! Then put on Gabapentin and later on Pregabalin which I’m still on but reducing due to horrendous weight gain! On a low dose Citilopram to keep my head together. I’ve had CBT, Hypnotherapy and Talking

Cannabis to aid sleep
I struggle to get to sleep at night. Not sure if its connected to my HF / HCM but I am always knackered. I have tried a good stiff malt, boring books and even self hypnosis but nothing has worked so far. Would [Removed] CBD Gummy Bears be a solution? [Removed] What do you think?
