I have had cbt, bwrt and hypnotherapy to stop my pannic and anxiety it has helped with some day to day confidence issues but my biggest fear is travel especially trains. I have learnt alot about but how do I push myself to get on the train. I tried before and just couldn't do it. Need some help please.
