Sensitive post. Success story
I wanted to share my story briefly with you all so you don't give up. I used to always look for success stories on here and they always filled me with hope, so I hope this post does the same for you too . TTC for 8 years. 4 [natural] miscarriages. 3 failed IVF/ICSI at Nuffield. Removed mild endo. All

I completed W6R2 last evening, it was cool but the weather was fine. I used to be one of those people on an Autumnal evening who saw someone out jogging wearing a tee shirt and thinking they were mad and step from the men in white coats, now I’m one of the mad ones. All the dog walkers staring at me

Has anyone tried hypnotherapy?
If so i would like to hear about your experience. I'm Particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has actually seen a hypnotherapist rather than buying a CD/ downloading audio. Thanks.

The lethargy and tiredness of IBS
I have many symptoms daily. I’m trying everything to deal with them. I’m pretty sure that my trigger is anxiety and stress as I’m trying to sell/buy a home and it has been going on since April. I’m using hypnotherapy as well as probiotics. Can’t say I’m noticing much improvement. But what seems to affect

I've not liked this Lockdown & I have Type 1.5 Diabetes
I've also missed going to
Hydrotherapy
, Aqua Aerobics for the 50's & over & I've also missed going to the gym. I did have 4x Auto Immune diseases & now I only have 3 according to my new Gastroenterologist. The 4th was Coeliac Disease, which she doesn't think that I have anymore.

Hello, new here. I've been experiencing air hunger and fatigue since March. It's usually okay in the morning then gets progressively worse throughout the day. I thought it was in my head/covid anxiety so had some hypnotherapy but the breathlessness continued, so finally got a blood test and had undectectable

Sleep Hypnosis
https://youtu.be/67EwC4z2l18 Hi everyone, Just thought I’d post the above link for a sleep hypnosis on YouTube that has really helped me over the past 3 months. You need to listen to it on in ear headphones last thing at night whilst in bed. It takes 30 minutes each night and the positive effect builds

How many people are focusing on solutions
This site has so much negativity. Yes, we are living with Depression, yes we have anxiety. What are we each doing to live our best lives with these conditions I'll start with me....First and foremost I'm taking my medications which is my responsibility I'm working on cultivating more love, and compassion
