Hypnotherapy
Anyone tried hypnotherapy for their anxiety? I’m starting next week. Does it work? I’ve been in and out of therapy for over 20 years so I hope this works!

Struggling
Hi I've had ocd for years but the past year or so once I started actually telling people including my family it has become my whole life and it honestly crushing me. I feel really lost and hopeless and I really don't know what to do any more. I've tried counselling and medication but it doesn't help.

Will I ever do it?
Hi all I am new on this site. I have smoked for 60 years now. Have tried to stop on several occasions with tablets, hypnosis and just willpower on other occasions, but I always relapsed. I do want to stop, but being an octogenarian my incentive now is a bit suspect, say the least. I fully understand

Also has anyone had success with treating FND pain with hypnosis? Does your diet help your FND? Is so, what do you eat to keep from having increased symptoms

How do you prevent aches and pains during the cold season?
To manage arthritic conditions during the cooler months, individuals need to plan physical activities that are easy to do during winter, such as: •Walking indoors, such as around shopping centers •Household chores, like vacuuming •Playing with children •Swimming indoors, such as
