I have been in pain for more than 6 to 7 years now. I was diagnosed with t2 diabetes 5 years ago and usually linked it with my diabetes. The pains started to get worse and now past 2 to 3 years my head to toe all body aches so bad that I feel like crying and i cant sleep. I am on antidepressants and anti anxiety tablets almost 20 years now. I am on sleeping pill which gives me some help but if the pain is more makes me more sick. My eyes, jaw rights side feels numb and twitching, lips numb, noise in the ears, started to have balance issues and have fallen 3 4 times in past 6 months. I just been diagnosed with fibromaylgia by rheumatologist. He has referred me to the hydrotherapy place. I have been going to the physio past one year but it hasn't helping but making things worse. I am around 14 prescribed medicines a day. I was given amitrypline but it gives me hangover kind of feeling next day making me lose balance.

I am having issues with memory too forget things and family thinks I am doing it on purpose and I am being lazy. I feel so tired all the time and I tak vit d supplements every month as low on vit d. Life is messing up and family making my life and my mental health more worse. I don't k ow it's my first post I don't know if I am making any sense. Pls guide me

I'm sorry you're feeling so ill. Have your doctors done any blood tests ? To cope with fibro ( I don't know much about T2 diabetes) you need to be as optimum as possible in all vitamins and minerals. Low iron or Vitamin D can make you feel more tired and achy and low B12 can cause balance problems as well as memory problems.

I'd ask your doctor for full blood tests and get yourself a copy of the results. You can always post your result along with the range tested ( figures in brackets )

Don't just take a drs word that your results are "normal" , always check yourself as normal isn't always optimum.
