I tried both and it did not work for me. I was In agony after acupuncture, tried a chiropractor who said it was a pulled muscle, waste of money for me. Reiki is always nice but what did it do for me I am not sure.

Tramadol & genpain helped at first. Hydrotherapy helps

Best to try and see

I agree about Reiki...on paper it sounds ridiculous but when I was recovering from a broken neck and had really bad pain spasms, a friend who is really into it persuaded me to try it, and whether my neck was going to settle down anyway or not - after the Reiki treatment I was in less

Pain & the spasms gradually stopped.

I used to have a reiki massage three times a week. What can I say except it helped you relax. Depends if you believe 😝

That’s just it I didn’t & I don’t-I think I must’ve just relaxed off to sleep with the weird music, & because I was so tired when I woke up I had relaxed so much my neck didn’t hurt any more!

But whatever floats your boat..... if you think it will work it will !
