RLS in my hands?
Hi Everyone I don’t know if anyone has experienced this, but a few nights ago it felt as though I was getting RLS in both my hands. Highly unpleasant! I’m not one of the sufferers who feels pain with this horrible disease, I get a sensation which I would describe as my muscles “itching”, or the feeling

Not going well so far.
Hi all. I had my 10 day scan yesterday after been on gonal f 300iu for a week. Didn't go well, I've only got 1 follicle on my right ovary and 2 on my left. But my left ovary is very high, apparently it's on top of my uterus. Nurse said the left ovary is inaccessible and that egg collection will probably

What form of vitamin B6 (vitamer) should you take?
Some time ago, I mentioned that the form in which we take vitamin B6 is important. I think I linked to this paper: Toxicol In Vitro . 2017 Oct;44:206-212. doi: 10.1016/j.tiv.2017.07.009. Epub 2017 Jul 14.

Well this type of baby making really isn't much fun!
Oh my day's, I knew it wouldn't be a breeze but I feel pants. Started Gonal f last Monday and cetrotide yesterday. So emotional, sicky and bloated and uncomfortable I could cry (that's a lie, I have cried). My tummy comes out further than my boobs, and I've got big ass boobs. Drinking loads of water

Mucus and blood in stool
Hello everyone, since March I noticed I was more constipated than usual. In April I saw blood on the tissue while wiping. I was straining really hard. Another thing that troubled me was the yellow mucus I started seeing constantly. In August I saw some bloody mucus again while straining. I went to the

I've tried almost everything to get relief for my RLS. What else can I do?
I am an 84 year old male, living in eastern United States, and have been suffering with leg and foot problems for over 30 years. I have seen eight different Neurologists over the years, and several said that I have Post-Thalamic pain, RLS, and Peripheral Neuropathy. I have taken Lyrica, Duloxetine, Alpha

Pain in arm when tilting head backwards
Hi I’m experiencing pain down my right arm like along my bicep whenever I tilt my head right back to say look at the sky I noticed it when I went to look at the stars one night recently. I do have pain in my arms and shoulders quite a bit but this is different from that one and it’s in a different place

Leg cramps in the morning
I have been waking up in the morning with intense lower leg cramps. I am thinking this could be from the Firmagon or the chemo treatments. Anyone experience this? If so is there a supplement to help with this?

High Level of Vitamin B6
Hey, My recent blood level test of B6 is 73 mcg per litre (73 ug/L), which is high. I took 1.25 grams of the vitamin over 2 days, which is too much. Then I stopped when I figured it out. Can this level of B6 cause neuropathic symptoms? I actually took it because I sensed something that is somewhat

Pregabalin 300+?
I have had great success with Pregabalin for my PLMD for the last six months, although, of course, I have had to put up with daytime sedation. AND it has been necessary to increase the dose around every 5 days by 25 mg. in order to have my sleep maintained (I also suffer from sleep onset and maintenance

Suitable Footwear
Morning all. Hope everyone is doing Okay. Around this time last year, I posted asking the question about suitable Footwear after being diagnosed with small fibre neuropathy. My burning tingling feet which I could cope with, turned very painful when walking, as if walking on pebbles. I'm sure many can
