Not going well so far.

Hi all. I had my 10 day scan yesterday after been on gonal f 300iu for a week. Didn't go well, I've only got 1 follicle on my right ovary and 2 on my left. But my left ovary is very high, apparently it's on top of my uterus. Nurse said the left ovary is inaccessible and that egg collection will probably be cancelled, as they only do egg collection when there is 3 or above follicles. Going again this morning for the doctor to see if he thinks it's possible to my left ovary.

Firstly, I was gutted at only '3 follicles ' as I expected more due to my horrible symptoms over the last week. Secondly, my useless body has let me down once again and just will not be normal!

So scared, I just want to tell my amazing partner that he's going to be a dad. I love him so much and want desperately want a child of our own.

Thank you. A nurse will have to pretty much sit on my stomach to make my ovary drop, but egg collection can go ahead on Thursday. X
