Well this type of baby making really isn't much fun!

Oh my day's, I knew it wouldn't be a breeze but I feel pants. Started Gonal f last Monday and cetrotide yesterday. So emotional, sicky and bloated and uncomfortable I could cry (that's a lie, I have cried). My tummy comes out further than my boobs, and I've got big ass boobs. Drinking loads of water and got my hot water bottle but nothing seems to help. Remember the early day's when baby making was exciting- seems like such a distant memory!

Aww. Sounds too familiar.. this is the time to be very nice to yourself lovely. Put your comfiest clothes on and fluffy socks. If you fancy it, make some nice ginger tea or peppermint. Put a nice show or movie on. Its more than ok to be emotional. People say women are at their worst around their periods, well with ivf we are growing more than one eggs so we feel 10 times the emotion we would normally. Six months further i still feel my tummy is bloated 😭 but we hope its worth it 🙏 sending love xxx u can do it xx

I know, it’s rubbish isn’t it. Definitely take it really easy. Films, tea and chocolate! Face masks, whatever makes you feel pampered. It’ll all be worth it in the end xxx

Yup the process totally sucks! But when you get your BFP it will definitely help melt away all your bad memories of the process that got you there. Hang in there! Xxx
