Hi everyone! I'm here because I don't know what else to do :( I got diagnosed with IBS on April. Everything started because I got piles that lasted for more than a month, visited my doctor and he prescribed me with trimebutine, Pinaverium Bromide and some fiber supplements. Supposedly because I was

Injections.. advice needed.
Hi. 1st day of Gonal injections @ 225ml. How long do they last for? I only have enough for 11 days but on my calendar it says 18...? Didn’t know if 18 was the standard but they have worked out I need 11 or what? Cheers. 😎

Gonal-f cycle: Now 4-5 follicles are 11-13 mm and doctor said to take 1 week break from injections. Does this make sense?
Hi - This is my first gonal-f cycle and after 2+ weeks, I have approximately 4-5 follicles that are between 11-13 mm. My doctor has now said that I should stop injections for about 1 week in the hopes that a couple of them will shrink and a couple will remain bigger, so that I can start injections again

High levels calprotectin and blood in stool
Hi. I recently had a stool sample tested and my doctor has just informed me that i have very high levels of calprotectin. I have been told to wait for the letter from the gastro unit. I am so worried and currently 5 months pregnant. I have been having blood in my stools on and off for 2/3 years and doctors

Buzzing/vibrating sensation in foot?
Hello again everyone. Hope you’re all as well as you can be given whatever life is currently throwing at you :)).Strange question. Does anyone else get a buzzing rhythmic sensation in their feet? I first noticed it a few months ago but it only lasted minutes-feels like a vibrating alarm from a phone

Neuropathy for $100, Alex!
I developed neuropathy in my legs during my Taxotere treatments for PC. It hasn't gone away and I remain on Gabapentin for relief. It certainly helps but I'm always reminded it is there. While my urologist readily admits the reality of the situation, I'm ready to strangle my oncologist as he can't

HARD DAY.
I’m having a hard day today . I’m trying to be grateful but I’m tired of being strong and saying I’m doing fine. I found out I have a 3rd degree complete tear in my hamstring . 😔 As a runner , that’s not good news. I’ve never had injuries in my over 20 years of running but since diagnosed with PD

Gonal or Menopur? Which did you have more success with?
Dear all, I am deciding between two clinics - one doctor recommends Gonal only, the other recommends Menopur only. I am 36 years old. I have a good egg reserve (14 eggs per cycle) but 50% eggs are always immature. Anyone in the same position? Have you had more success with Gonal or Menopur? Thanks

lyrica for neuropathic pain
Have been suffering with neuropathic pain for seven years following surgery for cervical stenosis. I’ve resisted taking medication but the pain is getting worse and I find it hard to endure. Has anyone found Lyrica effective for neuropathic pain and what side effects do they experience. Would be grateful

Gabapentin for neuropathy
Hello out there...I have APS and have been on this wonderful forum for a few years now. I've always found it so helpful and full of support through this life journey w/APS. Today I came back from my doctors with a prescription for Gabapentin for neuropathy. Has anyone taken this drug along with warfarin

Visit to Nutritionist and Gut Biome Test
Hi All I promised Philbs1980 that I would report back following a Gut Biome Test I had back in late August, the results take a few weeks. Firstly, I saw a Nutritionist back on 17 July 2019 as I was suffering with the after effects of food poisoning which had started on 22 November 2018 and to which

Egg Sharing Update
Hello! I can’t believe four months has passed since all the blood tests, but I can now confirm we are well on our way to our first round of IVF - with myself sharing half my eggs with a recipient. I definitely made the most of the Summer ;) My blood tests took just over five weeks to come back - all
