It's warming up
Had to make do with earworms instead lol Not much to report on really, just a nice easy run to build up my aerobic
fitness
. Did my cooldown stretches on the lawn, which is benefitting from #nomowmay.

age of 36, rather than Garmin’s utterly bonkers 20. It also gave me exactly the same VO2Max figure as Garmin: 39. Spooky or scientific? Whatever, have a great week!

Exercise equipment
I'm somewhat active but want to step up my
fitness
with an elliptical machine. I've used them in the gym (when I had a membership), but I'm wondering if anyone knows if these are worth it? They build muscle, or just give you a cardio workout? Best brands/models? Any thoughts welcome.

Where have they all gone?!
Hi, the Strength and Flex podcasts have disappeared from the NHS website, along with the 12 week
fitness
plan which I have been following, including instructions for 10 minutes sets of strengthening exercises. Also gone are introductions to yoga, pilates and dance.

Keep "running" stamina without running?
So....what is the best way to maintain
fitness
? Obviously, the question whether I will or won't have to start from scratch with Cto5K should not be my greatest worry right now. However, logically, at this point it should be more important than ever to really focus on

Snakes and ladders
I even started Zumba classes to get my
fitness
levels up. Then came a nasty dose of covid, a cough, breathlessness and all the trimmings. But I’m feeling better and after 5 weeks of no exercise I’ll be venturing out and back to Couch to 5k. But I won’t be able to manage week 8’s plan.

I’ve been having problems with garmin and music so I reset mine yesterday, hmm my V02max after one 25 minute run is in the red so Poor and my

I use my diary a lot to jot down how my
fitness
journey is going (see pic) to sort out in my head the next steps for my rowing (and noting down ideas for plans, or … a plan of plans). So I had noted down my ideal meta-plan, interspersing various plans with the 30x30.
