Spring has Sprung in Suffolk

A beautiful bright chilly start to the day this morning. The greens are soft, gray-green and the reedbeds straw-coloured....it's all very gentle and wonderful to be out. My 5k was accompanied by music from the Shetland islands, so every so often I break into skipping or even a bit of polka! Luckily there are no witnesses but Ms Garmin who obligingly took a year off my fitness age. I love it when she does that.🤣

Anything you wish.... I am not sure where I will be heading. I would love just to get back to my regular running routine over a week, of a short, a bit longer and a lovely, see where I get to run,

She is very confusing when she does that. The bluebells here in the woods aren't out yet, it's wonderful running on the path through them when they are.
