A beautiful bright chilly start to the day this morning. The greens are soft, gray-green and the reedbeds straw-coloured....it's all very gentle and wonderful to be out. My 5k was accompanied by music from the Shetland islands, so every so often I break into skipping or even a bit of polka! Luckily there are no witnesses but Ms Garmin who obligingly took a year off my fitness age. I love it when she does that.π€£

Ooh love that part of Suffolk Garmin hates me - I am getting older the longer I carry on running. What does she know?
