I'm looking for recommendations of an economical and efficient travel insurance provider for those with heart conditions . I had an atheroma in 2014, was stented, and take daily medication to treat my condition; aspirin, statins, Bisoprolol, Ramipril.

Hi. Hoping all are remaining as well as can be. I have idiopathic cardiomyopathy and a very irregular heart rhythm. Both lower ventricles are very weak. It is thought that this may have been virus or toxin related from many years ago and not discovered until it became noticeably symptomatic and diagnosed

Hello I hope everyone is enjoying the weather before the heat wave next week. I am new to having a problem with my heart and the British Heart Nurse said it sounded like I had a back flow problem. I have received my BNP blood test result and apparently all is well except I have a low white blood cell

Does anybody have any experience of Methyldopa for high blood pressure?
Hi, Briefly........why I'm asking: I've been on bp meds since HA in 2012. I had quite a drastic acute kidney injury last year when Losartan was increased, and that now rules out Angiotensin II receptor blockers, and Angiotensin receptor blockers. I've been on Amlodipine since last year, which has

amlodipine
my doctor wants to put me on Amlodipine. I have read it can make angina worse to begin with. I don't want to take it. What medications are other people taking for vaso spasm and microvascular angina?

Serious Question
I was advised I need thyroid replacement years back. I was active, healthy, walked 2 miles 3 x week. I was surprised , but trusted. I immediately felt like I was like someone on amphetamines. Finally after 4 3/4 yrs. I withdrew telling the MD. Most of the extreme complaints have gone or lessen. How much

Light-Headedness
I had my HA about 4 years ago , but just recently I've been experiencing quite a bit of light-headedness so I got in touch with the doctor who has been changing my tablets around to adjust my BP , and one of things I've been recommended to try is to, take the Ramipril at night instead of in the morning
