A Week on from Diagnosis.

Amlodipine and Pramipexole
Hi all. I've just been prescribed Amlodipine 1 x 5mg pd for high blood pressure by my Doc, but wondering how they will react with the Pramipexole 6 x 0.088mg pd. That I currently take for RLS? Any advice or experiences would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Taking Levo at same time as other drugs??
Hi, I have had to start taking Amlodipine (for high blood pressure) and started to take it in the morning as I take my levo at night and didn't know if I could mix them. That didn't work so switched them around - even worse!! Is there any problem with taking them at the same time, does anyone know?

Ramipril - albumin in urin
Hallo; My husband has MPA (had it for one year) and has protein almost 300 mmol/l in his urin and had ramipril for half a year for too high blood preasure. For two month ago he changed to losartan because of cough. Today his protein is 600. We have read that ramipril is used to make less protein in urine

severe vitamin d deficiency
seems amlodipine calcium channel blockers trigger vitamin d deficiency. I had to come straight off them after a consultation with my dr. He's going to phone on Monday to advise what I need for lowering blood pressure instead. I can't have beta blockers because I get asthma. The worst pain i've ever felt

Pill mix-up (not thyroid)
I've had a bit of a fright, from mixing up my pills for a couple of days. Being on a long-term course of medication, I got used to the shape and colours of my pills. I changed pharmacies, from the busy one nearest the surgery, to a small independent with longer opening hours and no long queues. I've

I struggled so much as after 3-6 months I started noticing the side effects, profuse night sweats, itching, increased blood pressure/hypertension which required me to be put on Ramipril medication, brain

GP review update
mum and I have been to doctors and mentioned cold hands and feet and was told it was bisoprolol, the headaches were because too low dose of ramipril, and mum will be going for blood test to see how her liver and kidneys are doing before he changes her ramipril dose. but there was no explanation on why

Snoring and A Fib
I have read about sleep apnoea and A Fib.so I decided to have a24 hour sleep study done. The results indicated that I did not have sleep apnoea but my partner complains of my loud snoring. Are all my troubles connected? Heart, digestion & Amlodipine
