so i’ve been taking 10mg of amlodipine for my high blood pressure and i just recently am getting put on a small dose of Carvedilol(Coreg) a Beta Blocker, and now 5mg of amlodipine for my blood pressure and my anxiety because the amlodipine was causing really swollen legs and my anxiety was causing palpitations

New HFpEF diagnosis
Hi, I’ve just been diagnosed with HFpEF ( heart failure with preserved ejection fraction) and I was seen by a private cardiologist. I presented in clinic with swollen feet, legs and ankles and breathlessness when going up stairs. I also had a slightly raised BNP blood level. I have been prescribed Furosemide

AF diagnosis but feeling suffocated when not in AF as well??
Having a bit of a rough time here. In and out of fast AF although medicated. Looks like I might have an enlarged heart, had echocardiogram done about 6 or more weeks ago, and heart monitor for 7 days. I know they definately captured some of my issues because of a few of the days I was so ill. Cardiologist

Hi Had my angiogram today no blocked arteries!. Cardiac nurses review letter said severe lvsd yet cardiologist said moderate to severe. Couldn't see anything during the procedure upped my ramipril 2 tablets instead of 1. Offered cardimapothy mri but noted I panicked as I'm extremely claustrophobic

Candesartan
I have recently had my meds changed from Ramipril to Candesatan. The change was due to intolerance of the Ramipril. However the cough and occasional spasm are still persisting.Has anyone else had the same experience ?

Heart meds and Lansozaprole
I had a mild heart attack in 2017 and currently take Amlodipine, Atorvastatin, Ramipril and low dose aspirin. My doctor wants me to take lansozaprole, supposedly to protect my stomach from the long term effect of aspirin. I don't like the look of the side effects and so far haven't taken it. Does anyone

Amlodipine or Losartin?
Hi everyone, I'm new to your group. I have been taking 50 milligrams of Atenolol and 12.5 of Hydrochlorot for my b.p. for many years. My recent ekg showed my heartbeat is a little slow. Dr. Wants we to cut back to 25 on the Atenolol and we'll be adding Amlodipine or Losartin. I really need my Beta blocker

Sudden attack
I will try and be as detailed as possible. My day has been bearable just about, I started it with my weetabix, grapes, de caf tea,and my bisoprolol 5mg and first Apixaban 5mg. I take my Sertraline 50mg about half an hour later. I have had a headache most of the day and have done very little physically

heart palpitations
recently i’ve been having short heart palpitations, it started 3 days ago where my heart will jus beat a little faster for like 2 seconds and then go back to normal, this doesn’t usually happen, i check my pulse while it’s happening and there seems to be no rhythm problem but it’s like it’s jus beating

Feeling a bit upset been feeling a lot worse lately and had a bad night due to chest pain off and on from 4 this morning which has now settled. Just had a planned telephone consultation with a doctor not my consultant on his behalf. I told him I was feeling worse and was having more pain. He suggested
