CT scan with contrast

Hi Just had my CT scan with contrast results back. I have been having chest pains for last 3 years. In July 2021 I had had a ct scan too check limph node system which was clear. But it picked up saying my coronary arterys are significantly calcification. I went to see the cardiologist in July 2022 and they put me on amlodipine and my chest pain went, In September 2022 I had a CT scan with contrast and just got my results back it says my RCA and LAD stents which I had put in in January 20 2017 are clear and there is no flow limiting disease in any other arteries, I am a bit confused why it says in July 2021 my arterys are significantly calcified and no mention of them been calcified in September 2022. Also has anyone had a really bad chest pain after a CT scan with contrast after they put the contrast in , thanks for your help
