My husband had a heart attack 3 months ago and a stent fitted. His recovery was going well but about 3 weeks ago he was getting really tired and no energy and had a couple of vasovagal episodes on exercise . These happened at cardio rehab and an ambulance was called and visit to a&e and they said it was due to his medication Also still getting sensations some of the time such as pins and needles in left arm, and stitch type symptoms., but none of these are painful. All tests are coming back ok, and doctor has lowered 2 of his medications a week ago, bisoporal and ramipril. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience of this?

Yes. it took quite a while to balance my meds after heart attacks and stents. Quite a lot of juggling doses and switching to alternatives.. It’s good he has been well checked out via A & E, but if he keeps in contact with the GP he should, over time, get the balance right. Good he got worrying symptoms like these, checked out.
