Meds side effects

Hello, I'm about a month in of taking Ramipril and Amlodipine both 10mg and my question is do the side effects come and go? When I first started I had dizziness and heavy arms which passed after a couple of weeks but seem to have come back. Wonder if this is normal or not really.

I’d say the side effects to start with would be normal as your body gets used to the medication, but that I would ask the pharmacist his/her opinion- in the UK at any rate pharmacists are more clued up than docs for this sort of thing
