After doing it for maybe the 5th or 6th time. Plantar fasciitis tripped me up, then I tried again before I was ready and now, finally, I've reached the end of it. I feel far too familiar with the music and Laura's advice on stitch.
It'll feel very novel to be on a new podcast. I'm quite excited.

PF is the worst pain in the world! I had to have an injection in my heal after trying everything to get rid of it. I feel your pain. Well done getting back to it, I'm sure you'll move on quickly
