Turns out may have been gallstones but after gallbladder removal could have been both !
Almost 10 months post op , and I’ve noticed that whenever I do more
exercise
like sit ups etc that the bruising comes back a bit more and I’m finding it a constant dull ache ( it’s not painful but it woke me up).

Feel very fatigued at times but try and walk or do some sort of
exercise
every day. Cardiologist says I have LVSD and LBBB. I'm on holiday at the moment but tired with the heat....decided maybe better than the cold UK. I may need a pace maker at some stage, if it's an option.

Stress Ball for Hand
But I've noticed that possibly the most impacted part of my body is my hands, which I pay little attention to
exercise
wise. The other day I found an old sponge stress ball that I now play with if watching TV. Good easy
exercise
while lazing.😊 Might be a good purchase for a few pounds

Terrible pains in my arms!
I’m a fit 73 year old,
exercise
and eat well so I was just wondering if any of you on this forum suffer the same? I see my local haematologist and a six monthly call with Guys Hospital but they say just to carry on!! Wishing you all well!

IBS - D Toilet Anxiety
I have a good diet &
exercise
most days . I would love to find a “cure” . I take loperamide daily , but I’m not sure if this helps me anymore or even if it’s safe to do so it is prescribed by the GP .

Waiting for me to die
From an outward appearance I don't appear to be sick I have a pretty normal life I am able to
exercise
, play golf, travel and enjoy life. It bothers me when friends and family ask me how much more time I have.

Internet Myths about Red Meat
• If you are on ADT, your metabolism is slower, so consume fewer calories and
exercise
more. • Eat plenty of vegetables, especially cruciferous and highly-colored vegetables. • Avoid vitamins, minerals and supplements unless you are deficient. Get your micronutrients from food.

Doing the pelvic floor
exercise
regime 6 times a day with the NHS Squeezy App hasn't yet made a difference (I'm 2 weeks in). I'm always aware of some discomfort in my bladder- except just after a pee.

Private cardiac MOT 5 years on?
My annual CHD review is due, and I pretty much know what to expect - they'll weigh me, ask me about my
exercise
, check my bloods and ask me how I feel. No red flags from that I'll be on my way with a cheery wave and the nagging feeling that I had no symptoms prior to that first episode...

Please share experience or advice re Risedronic acid and zoledronic acid use for low T score/ osteoporosis in GCA/PMR.
I am fairly active, walk a lot and still manage to play some golf and also
exercise
as per physio guides. I did try taking Alendronic acid but had a bad reaction with stomach problems feeling generally unwell and my hair came out in handfuls. So I stopped.

High Cholesterol and Hyperthyroidism
I also
exercise
daily. I take Berberine and a fish oil daily. Diet only contributes about 10% of cholesterol while the liver produces over 75% I know Hypothyroidism is related to high cholesterol and Im not sure why, but is Hyperthyroidism related too?

Which beta blocker is best for PACs?
I don’t drink, I am a health weight, I
exercise
, I take magnesium. I eat well. I can’t think what else I can do to get rid of them. I know I’ve been told they are benign but my quality of life is seriously affected and I can’t bear to think I will spend the rest of my life feeling like this.

E bike for exercise
You have to peddle to make it go so you still get
exercise
, but you don't get so tired and you can make it up hills! I love the freedom to go places that it restores for me. For those of you interested in electric bikes but not gone for it yet, I'm happy to answer any questions.

Second time around
Autumn is a difficult time for me, lots of commitments plus low mood means I find it easier to go to group
exercise
classes than on solo runs so I haven't run since graduating.
