COQ10 supplements are supposed to help fatigue, lots people with ME take them as they are supposed to help our mitochondria. Might be worth a try?

magnesium, iodine, vitamin D and Iron are worth considering

Magnesium is for muscle and nerve function

Iodine to reduce inflammation

Low vitamin d and iron cause fatigue and I’m always mildly deficient which is apparently common in people with fibromyalgia
