For ILC or Lobular ladies
Intense
exercise
including strength training is very important (obviously most if not all need to built up to that intensity). The example, if you can't talk your working too hard, if you can sing your not working hard enough.

Itās easy to forget but amazing how much
exercise
can lift your spirits. Iām proud to say Iāve got Week 1 of my new 10k plan safely tucked under my belt. Iām especially pleased since the weather has not exactly been playing ball - frequent heavy downpours and strong chill winds to contend with.

Meds & raised blood sugar
The standard advice on all sites re prediabetes is: 1. to lose weight- my brother is already underweight 2. to take
exercise
, based on the recommendation of 150- 75 mins which raises the heart rate - impossible & risky in his case 3. To drink more - recommended 6 -8 glasses of water a day.

Systemic Sclerosis symptoms during pregnancy
I barely do any
exercise
anymore because it makes me feel even hotter and breathless. Has anyone else experienced symptoms changes during their pregnancy?

Bisphosphonates
I eat healthy and
exercise
but I'm worried that might not be enough. My primary care doctor is supportive of me taking a wait and see position. I'm afraid to take the drug but worry about the consequences if I don't. I'm 66 years old. Any experiences or insights would be appreciated.

Flare caused by stress and overexertion
My
exercise
tolerance was back to normal and long walks , even uphill were not a problem. Unfortunately the last few weeks have been very busy with visitors, and I did more walking than usual, on top off lots of cooking etc.

Small Airways Disease
Things slowly got worse, although I was continuing to
exercise
to clear my chest of mucus (my primary issues is chronic bronchitis, not obstructed as such ). I did an extra swim session one evening - (only way I can get secretions out) and I couldnāt breath that night.

Cortisol levels
I
exercise
a lot, eat well, etc. Unfortunately some months into the Prednisone I was diagnosed with steroid induced diabetes. I cut back on carbs and kept it under control although it wasn't easy as I'm a vegetarian. (I lost about 20% of my weight and a lot of strength.)

Need your advice please
Furthermore, it is very frustrating not to be in a position of control (via my diet and
exercise
regime) regarding my weight and appearance.

Help with blood test results, please.
I thought
exercise
is supposed to make you feel good, lol. Also more often than not I feel short tempered and disconnected somehow. I asked specifically for my ferritin to be checked as it has never been checked at all. It came back as 21 where the limits are 15 - 300.

How long to improve glucose
How long did it take for you to improve your blood sugar levels or eliminate T2 diabetes with diet and
exercise
? Been eating healthy and exercising for about 2 months and lost 5 lbs but fasting blood sugar hasnāt improved. Does it take a long time or does it depend on how much weight you lose?
