Wishing you a speedy recovery. Be kind to yourself and do what you can manage. I was thinner, fitter and happier before I was given a drug to put me into chemical menopause due to uterine fibroids. I took no medication before but now am on blood pressure,depression/anxiety drug that also helps with the chronic jaw/facial pain the drug left me with. Unfortunately the drug also leaves me drained of energy and motivations but we’ll get there. It was a big step agreeing to receive help. Didn’t predict I’d be in the position I am in either 🙂 Good luck. It really is one step at a time on so many levels x

Johnopop Hi John, I'm sorry to hear about your injury. I recommend restarting your programme from week 1 again if you're struggling with the level it was at before, Sometimes we have to take a step back to allow ourselves to continue moving forward, and that's OK.
