AFIB help
He's tired most days and can't
exercise
like he once did. Has anyone had this experience and what helped? Any stories to share? Would a pacemaker be a better option? We both just feel so hopeless and powerless waiting on the NHS. Just looking for some support or hope.

Adrenal fatigue?
I have been suffering the most dreadful fatigue and breathlessness recently with gentle
exercise
such as walking. I can go to work OK, I'm a plumber and carrying heavy things even upstairs is no problem but going for a walk in the park is a major challenge.

I’ve lost my confidence 🙁
I know it’s a common complaint for someone my age and my gp says
exercise
is a good thing but I seem to have a mental block. I’d love to get back to running if only short distances for my physical well-being but especially my mental health as I’m feeling so low at the moment.

Moving Forward with Neuropathy
My legs are weak and even with
exercise
and weights, I cannot get them stronger. I'm wondering if the weakness is a neurological issue. I e had a Laminectomy in my low back but received no relief from that. The doctor thought that may help with the weak legs.

Low enough pred to get low cortisol symptoms?
(getting mri 4/13.) that means very little
exercise
. Doc says all symptoms but butt are symptoms of low cortisol. 1. should I raise steroids to feel better? by how much for how long? 2. should I tough out crummy feeling? 3. should i look for non-PMR cause?

Doctor says T3 is unnecessary
I try to fight it with
exercise
and eating healthily. In January 2023 I was a stone lighter than now and was walking regularly, had even started doing a bit of running. But fatigue means I struggle to find time to
exercise
as I can barely cope with my job even though it is sedentary and WFH.

Weakness and heavy legs
My pains in my shoulders and buttocks have decreased but I am still struggling to
exercise
and walk that far without my legs feeling heavy and generally weak. Some days are better than others and if I have been too active that's when they are worse.

Desperate for help
However the AFib has reduced my ability to
exercise
and it doesn't seem to make a difference however little I eat. I am in despair about my weight and my mental health is getting worse as it is all I seem to think about 😢. If anyone has any advice at all, I would be so grateful.

There is no Cardiac Rehab Nurse locally but I have seen a Physio for some advice on
exercise
. I am wondering if anyone can advise on recovery and timescales. I feel some improvement but struggle with tiredness, sleep is not great, still get racing heart episodes.

Changing Room Chat...Week 2...Come on in...
Facts that I have taken away from all my searches; * It seems, you do not always have to do it immediately before or after the
exercise
. * A regular
exercise
routine, will ensure that the muscles you use for your chosen activity, are mainly in a state of readiness, most of the time.

weight gain
Hi, I had my triple Bypass done in Nov 23 and have been getting back into a good
exercise
regimen and also joined SW to try and shift a 1st of weight gain. I’ve been sticking well to the plan but no weight change and wondering if I’m still retaining fluid.
