Lacking motivation
When I try and
exercise
my back hurts, which makes me lazy and not want to
exercise
, but since I now work from home it means I don’t walk around much and that’s not good for my weight or health.

post - angiogram ache
Generally all feels ok, but I have a kind of ache in chest, more like indigestion than angina, doesn’t change with
exercise
and is in a different place to angina. Is this normal, and do I need to get it checked? Thanks

You are not alone.
Exercise
, if you can. Meditation, breathing exercises. Medication, in the right doses. Your mind is the strongest and most complex part of your body, it’s ok if you don’t feel ok, it happens to more people than we realise and Even if they don’t admit it.

Hello, not getting HU emails?
Lost weight, less
exercise
, everything disrupted. So i didn't really notice until now that my daily HU emails stopped. How do i turn them back on? I checked spam and nothing there, but i have spam set to delete so i may have accidentally sent one to spam. Dont know if that stops them coming.

ADHD-PI dad + ADHD-PH 4yo boy = Chaos
I’ll try to be brief. We both have ADHD with different classifications. All family goes to therapy. He takes Methylphenidate since 3 months ago and goes to occupational therapy. Also 1mg melatonin for sleep since he started those meds. He showed issues at school since over a year ago. Been kicked out

Gut Heart Connection
Watching what I eat (celiac disease) and trying to avoid constipation and insufficient elimination of stomach gas is a daily
exercise
for me. The Afib still shows up about every two weeks. What has been your experience with gut - heart interaction? How have you dealt with it? Thanks, Fibnum

Last three days a complete washout exercise wise.
So, despite things generally moving fwd and progressing, I had a set back this week.My daughter who is a nurse, brought her work home with her ! In the shape of a d & v bug. She had 48 hrs off work (she's never sick !) but was in a hell of a state. A couple of days later, I start feeling rubbish. No

Reset - depleted
This however made me realize that in my case, I can't go without the injections, especially when I
exercise
so much. last year I hiked 50 miles through Patagonia just fine. But I was injecting 3mg per day to accommodate for the
exercise
and I stained from alcohol. lesson learned.

Exercise and Afib
I know that
exercise
is strongly recommended but can
exercise
with Afib actually improve the EF or is it a case of trying to maintain what level you have? Any advice or experience regarding Afib and
exercise
would be most welcome.

Cirrhosis Progression
I was under the impression that decompensated can revert to compensated, as long as you work really hard at it [no drinking/
exercise
/clean eating]. I realise that this a life long commitment. However I just read that even if you do this, the cirrhosis will continue to progress anyway.

Let's all ride on the triglyceride
It has been a while since I have commented on diet but now that Rezdiffra has been approved with the requirement that it be used in combination with a diet and
exercise
program the docs are likely to put more emphasis on that. Thought you might be interested in how fats work.

But most helpful, I think, is my

routine before bed (Deep knee bends) or if I awaken with RLS. Thanks. Crazilegs

Pulmonary Regurgitation - Breathlessness?
I'm due for another
exercise
test and echo at the end of the month. Generally, my heart rate is low and my cardio recovery appears to be good. My only possible symptoms is breathlessness, but not in the way I had imagined.

advice please
I’ve always eaten healthy and been careful, especially with my mobility issues however I do
exercise
as often as possible with walking. I’m assuming this could be prednisone related or am I just guessing?
