Hello, not getting HU emails?

Since mid May my HU feeds stopped. I was in the middle of moving, left me kind of messed up - stress plus too much change--from house to apartment. Lost weight, less exercise, everything disrupted.

So i didn't really notice until now that my daily HU emails stopped.

How do i turn them back on? I checked spam and nothing there, but i have spam set to delete so i may have accidentally sent one to spam. Dont know if that stops them coming.

Any help appreciated.

I use my phone to access health unlocked. It may be different if you use a computer, but if you use your phone, this is what I would do:

Click on your profile. Then click menu on the lower right part of your screen. Then click email preferences and make whatever choices you deem appropriate.
