Is this a suitable diet plan for weight loss?
Hi, I currently weigh 12 stone ( 168 pounds). I am 5 foot 8. I used to be size 8, however now would be size 12. I am wanting to drop at least 2 stone so I am back to 10 stone. Would eating this diet plan every day along with around 5 hours of exercise per week be enough to lose me 2 stone? Breakfast

Jump in the deep-end of calorie counting, or tiptoe in the shallows, adopt lifestyle changes first and calorie-counting later?
Hi everyone, I'm a newbie and already I have been amazed by the amount of support here. Thank you all so much for such a lovely welcome. Please, can I pick your collective brains about something that I am struggling to get my head around? Over the years I have yo-yo dieted many times. In the past,

Peaceful Period Hacks
Peaceful Period Hacks Iāve been picky with food lately, looking at food I would think to myself, āI already know how I am going to digest that,ā āhmm, do I want to taste mucus build-up from eating or drinking that.ā Without it being forced, my diet shifted, and when that time of the month rolled around

Lost my mojo
After 6 months of losing 12kg and regaining a useful weight, during the late summer I stopped weighing myself and started to eat again. This is what I always have done. I don't think I've gone back to all my binge eating, but feel as if I've gone back a long way. It doesn't seem possible for me to eat

Home baked gluten free chilli garlic herb seeded brown bread.
Hi everyone, As it's been National Baking week and talking about bread making I usually make 1 large loaf and then some rolls or a small loaf and sometimes I bake it in a small round cake tin and cut it in half so its perfect for lunch. I added ground garlic chilli and dill. I need to use a cake tin

Light cases for portable nebuliser?
I just bought a Beurer IH55 portable neb, as my Omron Microair U100 had some problems with the medication container and needs to go back - I was already looking at a back up. (If anyone wants to know, the Omron is faster but so far I find the Beurer easier to use - but only one use with it). The Omron

Weight loss
I havenāt logged my weight for the last 2 weeks. Honestly it got to point where I am obsessing so much with weight; that I was weighing everyday and not even loosing just maintaining. My husband has hid the scales in the house, for the sake of my mental health. So now I strictly weigh in once a week
